Does This Work Like a Magazine Subscription?
Not exactly. With a magazine subscription, you buy a certain number of issues up-front. They are delivered periodically until your subscription runs out or you renew it. If you want to get a second magazine, you have to sign up for it separately.
With our subscription service, you will build a list of comic books you would like to receive. Each week when new comics arrive, we will "pull" any books you listed and set them aside for you. When it's time for your subscription to ship, we bundle all of your comics together, calculate your shipping and total, and charge your credit card. If you decide you want to start getting a new title or drop another one, your changes will take effect immediately. You will continue getting the titles you have selected until you cancel them; there is no need to renew your subscription.
Do You Ship Outisde the USA?
We ship all over the world, including American Military addresses (APOs). Our site will produce accurate shipping estimates for domestic and international customers alike. If you have a military address, please be sure to select United States as your country in order to get the correct shipping quote.
How Much Will My Subscription Cost?
You will receive a discount ranging from 5-35% off of cover price based on the schedule below. A shipping charge will apply to each shipment you receive; this varies by the size of your subscription, your location and the shipping preferences you specify. How Often Will I Receive My Comics?
You can choose to have your comics shipped monthly, biweekly, or weekly; if you prefer, you can specify that we should ship your comics whenever your tab reaches a certain amount. Each shipment you receive will include a shipping charge, so "Monthly" is usually the most economical choice.
How Do I Add Comics to My Subscription?
You can browse our list of titles (click "Browse Titles" or "Edit Titles" on the left menu) or use the search to find the title you want. When you find the title, click the "Add" button, and that title will appear in the subscription list on the right side of the screen. You will receive the next issue of that title that is released. To remove a book from your subscription, click on the X next to the title in the list.
What about trade paperbacks and graphic novels?
All of our subscribers receive an extra 10% off on trade paperbacks and hardcovers, for a 30% total discount. Once you are a subscriber, you can browse our collected editions by month of publication or by category and add them to your subscription with a single click. You can also have any item from our shop shipped with your subscription. Once you've created a shopping cart in our shop and are ready to check out, just click "Ship with my Subscription" instead of the standard Checkout button.
How do I Get Started?
If you are already a ScifiGenre.com shop customer, all you have to do is login. If you are new to our site, create an account here. Creating a user only requires a name and e-mail address. Once you've logged in, you can begin picking your titles. Please note that your subscription will not be active until you fill out shipping and payment information, read our more detailed policies page, and have clicked "Activate".
When Do New Comics Arrive?
New comic books come out every Wednesday, except on weeks with holidays in which case they are sometimes delayed to Thursdays. We will reserve your books for you the day they arrive. If it's time for your books to be shipped, they will usually go out on the following business day.
What if there's a mistake in my subscription?
We strive for 100% accuracy in our subscription service, but mistakes do happen. If you receive the wrong book or find that a book is missing, we will correct the problem immediately at our expense.

How Can I Catch Up on Recent Issues of My Subscription Titles?
On the top of the screen, click the "Back Issues" tab. You can use our back-issues site to search for any issues you are missing. We order extra copies of many titles so that we will be able to fill our subscribers' needs. When you have added issues to your cart, click "View Cart" and then click "Ship with My Subscription" to add them to your regular subscription shipment.
